How Our Services Work Together
Understanding the CloudPresto service stack: what to start with and what to add.
The Service Stack
CloudPresto isn't a single product. It's a layered service stack. Each layer builds on the one below it. You can start with just managed operations, then add resilience, delivery, and AI capabilities as your needs evolve.
Common Starting Points
"We need someone to run our infra"
Start with: Managed Cloud (any tier)
Covers 24/7 monitoring, incident triage, patching, capacity planning. The operational foundation everything else builds on.
"We had an outage and our DR failed"
Start with: Managed Cloud + Resilience add-on
Fix the operational baseline and the recovery gap simultaneously. Backup strategy, replication, and quarterly drills from day one.
"Our deploys keep breaking prod"
Start with: Managed Cloud + DevOps add-on
Stabilize the infrastructure, then fix the delivery pipeline. CI/CD architecture, quality gates, rollback automation, DORA metrics.
"We want to modernize everything"
Start with: Enterprise tier + all add-ons
Full operational ownership, resilience engineering, delivery pipeline, and AI workflows. The complete platform. Start with Architecture Workshop to scope it all.
How Layers Interact
The services aren't isolated. They reinforce each other:
- Managed Cloud + DR: monitoring detects the failure, DR procedures execute the recovery, managed ops validates the restoration
- Managed Cloud + DevOps: change governance from managed ops applies to deployment pipeline, DORA metrics feed into operational reporting
- DR + DevOps: rollback automation in the pipeline uses the same patterns as DR failover; both are tested together
- AI + Everything: AI accelerates triage (ops), qualification (sales), and context packaging (support) across all layers
Growth Path
Start where the pain is. Prove value. Expand when you're ready. Every add-on can be activated without re-onboarding. The operational foundation is already in place.
