What does the monthly fee cover?
A retained managed-service fee for your package: operations, the resilience floor and the provisioned infrastructure capacity scoped to your workloads. Third-party licence fees and usage-based resources, such as cold storage, are itemised separately where they apply. Published prices are starting points for planning; service commitments are backed by contractual SLAs, available on request.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. We operate month-to-month and earn your retention through outcomes. Annual commitments are available with discounts if preferred.
Is infrastructure cost included?
Yes. Each tier includes provisioned infrastructure capacity scoped to your workloads, alongside the full operational service layer: monitoring, triage, patching, governance, and reporting.
What counts as a production workload?
One deployable service with its data that your customers or staff depend on, for example an API with its database, or a web application. Staging copies, batch jobs inside a workload and the standby copy do not count separately. The qualification call confirms the count.
Can I start small and scale up?
