Customer Requirements

Access

Read-only cloud account access for discovery. Specific IAM roles defined during architecture workshop. Standing operational access established under accountable stewardship, with every session logged and attributable.

Stakeholders

Technical lead (3–5 hrs/week during rollout) and business stakeholder (1–2 hrs/week) available for design sessions, reviews, and approvals.

Documentation

Existing runbooks, architecture diagrams, and incident history. Completeness not required. Discovery will fill gaps.

Communication

Shared Slack/Teams channel for real-time communication. PagerDuty or equivalent for incident escalation integration.
